    Better the Victory frame manual, since the Tatsumaki was it's predecessor.

    Well, Meathead was exactly right. It was a metal clip instead of a white one. I just pushed it in and the machine works great. Speaking of balls cut off, I haven't had the nerve to tell my wife that when I set the machine up for my daughter to play while I was remodeling, I managed to scratch our sofa table that I sat it on. I think I will be having a date with Formby's soon! Thanks everyone for the help. I will be hanging around mor often now that I know this is here.

    Buy your wife her own pachinko...that should make up for the scratch. And even if it doesn't, you'll have another machine!
