Help tokyo maturi penguin

Hey guys, as you may or may not remember, I was the one up late on the chat trying to fix this darn tayio elec matuir penguin.. I know the dongle is right, I know everything is ok, because when I manually feed it, it pays out, it cycles through the jackpot sequence, and everything is lit up. It's just the hammer wont cycle, I've checked everything! The shooter just wont engage the hammer, the knob twists, and everything is connected, the hammer just will not move for anything (well I can move it manually!) Does anyone have any ideas for me?! Thanks for the help you guys!!

Is the machine grounded?
Is the metal ring around the shooter knob electricly connected?
Is the pause button in the shooter knob stuck?

what do you mean by grounded? metal ring? there in none, do you mean the things that look like finger slots? and what pause button!?

thin metal ring around the back 1/2 of the shooter knob must be touched with your hand to work the shooter. small lever on the shooter at about 10:00 position can be held down to pause the shooter. the ring must have a wire going to ground usually inside the shooter or a green wire exiting the back of the shooter and going to ground.

The "Penguin" just has the one ring. The only way I can get mine not to shoot is by holding the little yellow button at 11 o'clock. So like suggested, make sure that button isn't stuck. Then make sure again that none of the wires of the back have come loose.

ok, i see the wire, but it seems to be cut- what can i do? and where do i ground it to? just to the carpet? or the ground on an outlet?

Cut? Did this machine ever work? How did it get cut? <--- All stupid questions More important, what color is this wire?

In the Third Picture, the green wire that I am talking about it the one that is cut, its easy to see

That green wire, which looks to be at the top of the machine, is just a parlor ground (grounds the static that builds up in the moving balls, and the rest of the machine), not necessary for home use.

Yepp, then one day, it went into jackpot mode, and then after wards, it just stopped.. =/

Interesting. Are you sure the dongle is ok? Other than a cable coming loose, the only other thing I can think of is look near where the dongle connects, there is usually a fuse there, maybe that's blown.

Yeah, the dongle is ok, my uncle chris, he is on here some where =], he made me the newest dongle, and iam trynna get help from him, but he is in cleveland, so i decided to post on here too..

Check the fuse/fuses then. Only thing I got right now.

My Star Wars originally didn't shoot. There was a lever near the hammer that I gently pushed straight down. Closed the machine and it started working correctly. Check to make sure that all parts are where they are suppose to be.

Are any balls jammed in the payout area?

Is the Top Hopper empty?

ok it works! YESS!! fuse was blown.
