They simple say NO CASH VALUE on both sides...very plain. We have them in brass. They come packaged by the box of 1,000 for $140.00 plus freight.
Keep in mind this is a price quote for 100k tokens. Are you kidding me???

His are not a bad deal except they are used, plus I like all of mine to match that's why I want a big order. I'll keep 10k to 20k for myself and unload the rest.
if you want new and all the same kind there is no way around it,
you won't find them for 4 or 5 cents each even in large amounts.
you will have to pay more.

I will offer them on this forum for slightly more than whatever I pay for them + shipping. My goal is not to make a profit, but to get the best deal possible - that's just my nature. I cannot justify paying some of these rediculous prices some people are selling them for. Some people are selling them for 10 cents a clip. We mad as well mod our machines to take dimes it would be cheaper - you can go to the bank and get all the dimes you want at 10 cents a clip and no shipping. And when they get soiled you could trade them in for free!!!
i saw an auction for 250 used for 10 dollars, wasnt a bad price.

Not to sell myself, but for 2000 shipped im only charging 118. you wont find a better price than that most anywhere! I think its a case of not being around long enough to understand the process. You cant justify buying that many tokens and getting them for much less than 4 cents apiece + shipping. Its just not gonna happen. Hell 5 cents apiece is a good deal to me, i dont know what everyone is complaining about!

I dunno Davis, the only one I see complaining here really is Utopia. AND then he turns around and is going to do the same thing that every other vendor does
I dunno, maybe it's just too early in the morning, and I'm just cranky. OR maybe this is just how it is and someone should quit whining about the wholesale pricing that they are getting from most vendors on new tokens and compare that to the RETAIL prices of 10-15 cents apiece.
This is my personal opinion, or of the voices in my head, and are not meant to reflect the opinion of this board.
I wasn't complaing really. I am just trying to get a good deal and feel like some of the wholesalers are selling a bit high. If I ever get a good enough deal, I said I would pass it along to others on this forum. I would offer it a slightly higher prices than I pay, just to cover shipping and some of my time - a couple bucks or so. I wasn't going to do what other vendors do and charge people $100 per 1000 or whatever. I f I can get them for $40 per 1000, I would turn around and offer them to people on this board for a few dollars more. I am new to this and alot of people have given me advise here on many topics and I thought this was a way for me to contribute to the cause. But if people think I am compalining I will keep my yap shut and you people can keep paying your favorite vendor $70 to $100 plus shipping per 1000? It doesn't make a difference to me!
Banks now charge any where from 8% to 10% to take your change. It is not free, unless you roll and band and have an account and wipe there behind for them.

There have been attempts to get bulk group buys together at the old place and here and they just don't work for one reason or another. And don't feel bad about offering the members here some either as there probably are a few of us here that will consider "buying" in with you when the time comes. It makes sense to tag along with you as obviously 100 thousand quantity buy is nothing to sneeze at(but I am sure there will be disagreement there also). I also feel that someone quoting 10 cents per token at the quantity of 100,000 is a absurd quote also. BUT keep in mind that IF(another rumor circulating) there is a shortage of tokens or they are being held up by igt or ...hehe then these dealers know that and see the demand being such that they would rather sell in smaller quantitites and make twice the profit. SO far you have a decent quote at 3.9 cents...that may be the best one out there or.... :?:

The 3.9 cents per token is good but they are used. I just got intouch with one of the companies that mints them. They have quoted me at $48.50 per thousand + shipping for brand new, hot off the presses brass colored tokens. But they didn't say how much shipping would be. So I had to email back once again.... I should have become a dentist....It's like pulling teeth to get a straight answer from these people?
