Ok i know nothing about this machine since ive only been dealing with one particular single shot vintage machine. This one, im guessing is newer because of the extra ball tray in front. The lower ball tray in back Looks like im gonna have to fix the lower ball tray in back like i did on my first restore but ill know for sure when i pick it up tomorrow.

Is it desirable to have the inspection tags on the glass if you're a collector? Give me some feedback.

Inspection tags? I've never seen anything attached to the glass. To the playfield, yes.

The back looks like it's in fine shape to me.

I've never owned a Nishijin A model before...judging by the pictures, the rubber stopper must be removable...which, makes the game more about skill...true? I've never seen an A model with the stopper removed, but why would they have designed the spiral that way if they didn't intend for the owner to be able to choose their desired style of game?

I'm not addicted to Pachinkos. I can quit at any time. Did I tell you about the three machines that I have on the way?

That's a good looking machine - good luck with the restore. I finally had to stop looking at all the pachinko machines for sale on e-bay...

    ...well... maybe just one more...

Well im good at alot of stuff but, my friends, be ready for alot of questions. Im scratchin my head right now looking at all the moving parts. And it must have been in a garage for about 20 yrs...it's so dirty, balls jam up right away so i can't even see what its supposed to do until i start taking stuff apart and cleaning.

I didn't waste no time asking for help...HELP what is the purpose of these white parts...notice the placement of the bent (90 deg.) rods, i don't think its right. Also notice the wire sticking out from the one on the right rubbing against the one on the left; should it maybe go inside the rounded groove with the screw in the middle? The upper rods go to the upper ball tray and are in the up position when the tray is full. The white part on the left is a standalone part thats job is to manipulate the rods somehow im guessing. Thanks in advance!!!

Someone, at one time or another, spilled a coke or a beer down the main ball hopper and it succesfully contaminated every part known to man,

Ok i figured out the placement of the white parts so im sorry i spazzzed out. I found a website that had a picture of the back of this type machine and i readjusted, now it's right. But still wondering...balls in tray holds levers down allowing the counterweight see saw to let a ball down a chute, but at the same time a plastic piece comes down blocking the exit chute...I know this is by design but i'm still trying to figure out why things are doing what they're doing

The ball is held in the chute by the plastic piece to allow the payout to fully happen (kind of a timing mech), then it is released and the next ball goes down the chute.
