Default Reel Drum making grinding noise

I just received a Yoon Sona Pachinko machine today, purchased off ebay. I purchased this particular model because I really liked the reel drums and music from videos I had seen of this machine. However, after activating the unit, I noticed that one of the six drums appears to be stuck, while the others are turning freely. The entire drum itself (the drum containing all the others) does not seem to move either. This one makes a terrible grinding noise. The clear cover over the big drum also is missing all the screws holding it in place, so it is loose. I am pretty new to these machines, having only owned an older vintage nishijin shiroi kamome pachinko. Yet I noticed from an older closed thread that this happens sometimes through shipping. So I am hoping someone can help walk me through a fix or point me the right direction. Thanks ahead for any advice.

maybe one of those missing screws is jammed somewhere and stopping the drum from working properly.

here's link to a similar problem that was resolved

Thanks for the response Luckydog. Actually it was that article that you refered to that brought me here. In that case drcrippen talks about taking apart the back or dremmeling out a couple holes to reseat the drum that is not working. There was talk about posting this technique to the research forum, but I couldn't find any more information about it. I was hoping that someone could tell me how to do this. I wouldn't imagine that the screws holding the cover would make their way inside the cover. But I guess anything is possible. To be honest I'm not really sure how to get inside the cover to find out. Does anyone have any pics or advice on how to do this. Thanks again.
