Hello, I purchased a Cute Honey Pachinko machine from you on Nov 17th. 2008.

Auction # 250309661570

I had e-mailed your business through the E-Bay auction about holding off on shipping the machine to me untill I returned from a trip to Arizona. Chris Haunton replied to me that it would not be a problem.

I contacted Mr Haunton via e-mail again just before I left Arizona requesting that he go ahead and ship the machine. He replied that he would do so. After arriving at home in Florida several days went by and I did not see the machine. I once again e-mailed Mr. Haunton for a track #. He replied with the tracking #. That is when I found out that the machine was shipped to my sisters address in Lake Havasu City Arizona.

The Pay Pal invoice shows my Florida address as to where the machine was to be shipped. :

I had contacted Mr. Haunton about this and stated that I had to make a return trip to Arizona (father passed away) and I would ship the machine from Arizona to my Florida address via Fed X. I requested that I be reimbursed for the shipping charges. I sent Mr. Haunton a scan of the Fed X shipping bill which came to $82.81. The Track # is 039884810123096

This is the e-mail I sent Mr. Haunton on the 6th. of January through E-Bay :

He replied with the e-mail address and I sent the scan of the Fed X bill.

The Machine arrived in Florida Damaged. The LCD pulled from the frame, one of the two glass panels were broken, Upper Tabs holding the Cell in were broken and part of the upper ball tray was broken. Also only 200 of the 500 Sphere's which were listed in the auction arrived.

I repaired the machine with exception of the glass panel.

I contacted Mr Haunton on this. Stated that I did not know if it was damaged from your business to Arizona or Arizona to Florida. Either way I did not want the machine replaced as I was able to repair it. I told him do not worry about the broken glass panel, but I would like the missing 300 Sphere's sent out.

He responded that he would talk to his boss on this.

Since this I have had several communications with Mr. Haunton about not receiving repayment for the shipping charges and missing 300 Sphere's through the E-Bay auction, his business e-mail and over the phone

I have been given excuses of he was on vacation and the secetary was home sick for three days working at home and he would contact her on this. At one point in his communications with me he stated that he would make good of this with his Credit Card? I last contacted Mr. Haunton via the E-Bay auction and his business e-mail yesterday and have not received a reply.

I repaired the damaged machine, am not looking for a replacement glass but woud like the shipping charges reimbursed to me and the 300 sphere's sent to me.

Could you both please look into this and get back to me on it. I paid for the won auction within minuets of winning it in good faith.

This amount will be sent to your PayPal account along with our apologies for the delay.

Checked Pay Pal and he deposited $85.00, more than the amount I requested. Waiting for delivery of the 300 Sphere's now.
