It's a Hello Kitty mini pachinko. I'm not sure about it being rare but it sure looks pretty. Maybe I should buy it for my daughter who adores everything Hello Kitty. Just how small are this things anyway?

I'm sure this is pretty small, it's got a hole for the peg board hook.

I bought one that looks like the same basic design. It measures 6.5" x 4.5" x 1.5".
