Spin luck wheel problem!

Front would be a little better than back, there isn't any protection on the back. It's a clear piece of plastic with the printing on the back, would wear the picture off instead of just scratching the clear part. Like I said, it can be done on the edge because that isn't seen.

Also, check the plastic housing for the wheel. Can't one of the halves be put back together upside down, which would cause pressure on the disc?

Didn't think of that! thanks, will sort that out. will cut the foam down so its just touching the outer edge.

I tried changing the two plastic sleeves but doesn't cause enough friction.
