How do I play it?

Maybe you disturbed the Dongle whilst figuring out the ball payouts??

Just unplug the Dongle and reconnect it again

I would try that first, as it has happened to me, and it's a simple thing to check out

I was trying to find a pic to show you what a dongle looks like, but can't seem to locate one right now

however, this is probably a better explanation (from the research Centre) than what i can come up with:-

On most CR Series Pachinko machines there is a RS232 Computer Key(grey looking plug in module approx 1 1/2 inch by 2 inch long with what looks like printer or rs232 plug) on the back down by the bottom right (when you are facing the back of the machine) side is disconnected - the shooter (turn handle) disengages. Reseat this Plug

Well it appears that I need a new dongle, mine seems to be a resistor, a capacitor and a diode that have been glue-gunned into the hole on the port :-(

just hope I can get the glue out so I can make a new one.
