Does this company still sell through its website or only through ebay(texasauctions)? I ask because I tried 3 times to contact them through their site with no response. Then I contacted them about an inventory list through ebay and I got a response telling me about upcoming stock. I replied, inquiring about stock on Super Sea Story(since its on their website). No response. Well...today I check ebay and there's Super Sea Story. But its 10 bucks more than their site advertises. There appears to be a price differences on a few of their ebay offerings when compared to the website. Does anyone know if they will honor the website price? Any experience here? Should I take this bizarre situation so far for what its worth and look elsewhere?

The price difference is due to eBay's ever growing seller fees. Soon it will be cheaper to set up a site than to sell on ebay. I personally have not ordered form SP, but have contacted them before, and it did take them a little while to answer. They do sell through the site still, and that is where I would order the machine from to save that 10 bucks. You may want to check with Rita (Blue Hotaru) or Hiro (CF Export) on this machine as well. Maybe they can match or beat the price if they have it in stock.

I've bought two machines from them through the Website...No Problems at all. The machines were fairly clean up front, basic track cleaning needed on the back side.

I bought my first one through them on e-bay, and the second one through the website. Both times were perfect. The website has a date of March 25th, so I'd call to make sure they have the machine you want.

I purchased one machine from them, and it arrived well packed. They do seem to rather suck at communication, but ship fast.

I just checked Hiro's latest inventory list, and he doesn't list any Sea Story machines.

I just ordered one from their website, Curt is very hard to communicate with so either call or don't email asking for small things like volume controls installed because its not worth the trouble.
