Anybody here, who ever tried to do a whole pachinko machine for hisself? Wondering if there are some construction plans (not in japanese language) existing? Could be a very basic and classic one.

Hi Tobias... Welcome to PachiTalk!
That idea has been tossed around a few times, even very recently I believe. To my knowledge, no one here has tried it yet... although, some of the restorations by certain members were very extensive that it probably seemed like a starting from scratch endeavor.

I agree with Dattia, some of the members here are extremely thorough in their restorations
