Default What are those orange "plugs" for?

I noticed on the back of my Ultraman machine there are at least three locations where orange colored "plugs" are located. They do not seem to be attached to any electrical connections so perhaps they signify something? Anybody know what these are and what they are used for?

they are the anti-theft seal that allow the vendor to know if someone screwed with the main board/programing of the machine

I wouldn't say 'anti-theft' more anti-tampering. The units can be opened up to 3 times for repair. The first picture is spare seals, there should also be three extra 'one-way' screws (tighten only) somewhere inside the plastic case. In the picture on the right, I think you can see the label where the factory maintenance person signs that he replaced the seal. The spare seals are across the top in the last pic.
