I had a problem with a blown speaker. I called them and they shipped out a replacement speaker the same day. They even tossed in some extra tokens to make up for the work I had to do to replace the speaker.

I was very happy with the service.

I just got the Babel from them. I like that they send bulbs with machine. No other machine I purchased elsware sent any withe the machines. When it came two bulbs burnt out. Most likely from shipping they knock them around a lot. I was able to replace them right away. He has been slow on email responses but has been away for holiday stuff. Give him a chance to respond.

I currently need your correct mailing address to ship the Hanabi Hyakkei back to you. Return address on package when I received it was 238 E. Chilton #9 Chandler, AZ 85225. In your last communication with you indicated that you wanted this sent back to 284 E Chilton #9 Chandler AZ 85225. Which is it, or do you have two #9's on the same street? Just want to make sure this package doesnt get lost or returned due to incorrect shipping address.

284 is the correct number. I'll check my FedEx online info to see why it might have a different number.
