Winning Pachinko, The Game of Japanese Pinball

Just a footnote to Arby's great sticky post at the top of this forum, the pages are from Eric C. Sedensky's book Winning Pachinko, The Game of Japanese Pinball, published by Yenbooks in Japan.

It is a 1991 soft cover publication in its sixth printing(last one in 1994).

Occasionally, this superb guide will surface on eBay or amazon.com as a used book. Grab one, if you can, as it is a great read with most of the material applicable to the understanding of modern day pachinkos, as well.

On the secondary market the book will sell for between $12 to $20+.

It is 138 pages long and includes 22 b&w photo illustrations as well as numerous b&w line drawings.

I grabbed a few of these and I put them up for sale on Amazon Auctions and regular Amazon every once in awhile. I have sold a few on Ebay and locally also. All the ones I have now are mint and unread and in perfect condition. Watch for my Ebay auctions or Amazon auctions or Amazon regular store sales.

Some time ago I invited the author to Pachitalk and he said he would be here in one way or another so : Eric thanks for writing a terrific book !!

I would now recommend that anyone wanting one or two to go ahead and order from them as I can't beat their incredible price !!

His shipping is $6.50 for a single book which is high for "book rate" USPS. But, overall, still a good deal!

That 6.50 is USPS Priority for a total order under 50.00. That's not too bad for a several item order. Also I notice that there is a minimum 10.00 purchase. I wonder if 9.95 qualifys for that?
