I tried to use the 10 percent off code on an ebay purchase and when I went to paypal purchase area it came back and said cannot use this with a paypal account!!! WTF... So I didn't get the originial 10 percent code to work

you need to link thru ebay checkout, on the item you won it states pay now near the top.

click on that link, it will bring you to a summary page of purchase, you enter the code there near the bottom where it says enter coupon,

then it will ask for your paypal account password and finish the transaction right there.

Well 10% if you think about it isn't that big of a deal. Don't get me wrong saving money is saving money, but what I think ebay is betting on is the cooool a discount I got to buy something effect which actually increases their sales so losing out a little doesnt affect their bottom line
