Volume control question Super Black Jack

Hi everyone,
Got a small problem over here and that is that I`m not able to adjust the volume of a Super Black Jack machine ? , there are 2 buttons (see picture )for sound I asume but I only hear a loud tone when I push the sound button , could someone please explain me what I have to do to adjust the sound ? .

You must hold down the button marked sound inside and use the 2 buttons on the outside near the token slot.
Left button = volume down
Right button = volume up

Sometimes things look so easy but got nog clue how to find it out untill someone tells you how do to it .
