Error Code #7 on Lord of the Rings

Hello, I'm experiencing a little bit of frustration with my pachinko collection right now as 5 of my 10 machines are displaying error codes and I feel completely lost looking at the backs of them to try to fix them. I wish there was a pachinko vendor near Chicago that made service calls.

Anyway, the first one is Lord of the Rings (pictured). It is displaying a 7 error code. As you can see, there are balls in the machine. The gold flap is down near the top, presumably blocking their path. I don't know whether that gold flap should be down or not, but when I raise it, all the balls empty from the machine. I'd like to get the machine to pay out 4 balls when one goes in the center pocket, but I have no idea how to make that happen.

My Top Gun and Star Wars machines are displaying error code "4". My Spiderman is displaying error code "1". I can't find the error code display on my Batman, but that machine is not paying out any balls either. Even though I have a fair number of machines, I am a major pachinko novice and purchased too many at one time when I didn't really know how they were supposed to work.

I would really appreciate any feedback you can provide on how to get these up and running properly. Thanks!!!

They dump out the back.

looking at the back of the machine you'll see a small lever just to the right of the gold ball gate (when it's open) it points directly out from the machine and is the same green plastic as the ductwork. this lever moves left and right to block or unblack the ball dump. move it opposite of where it is now.

Geez, I feel so silly now. That was exactly the problem. It works perfectly now. Thank you very much! I'm going to check that area on my other machines with error codes.
