actually mounting the cells in a protected enclosure central in the vehicle along with safety release valves similar to dive tanks would negate that danger somewhat.

If NOS tanks are crash tested to be safe I don't see why these tanks wouldn't be.

Actually, the hydrogen in these tanks is bonded to another chemical rendering it inert until you actually need it released for the engine to use. You can cut the tanks open and toss matches at them all day and they won't explode or ignite at all...
The hydrogen tanks are actually safer and less-likely to burn/explode than the gas tank in your car now...

i think its silly worrying about the safety of hyrdrogen when most cars are run on Gasoline..

It's free domain and they encourage you to pass it on.
If anyone wants a copy of it, PM me your email address and I'll send it to you. It's a 2.6 Meg Pdf file. It contains a 114 page guide to build the device and includes a parts list, Vendor list and assembly procedures. This also requires assembling the circuit board that runs the generator.
Two notes in it they do not revel in the add. One about ensuring that you have stainless steel valves in the engine and the second about this system eating up a non stainless steel exhaust system.
Being the system operates on Hydrogen, The main byproduct is water which in time will eat up the metals during operation.
I also have the two other files titled : Dealing with the computer, (car) 275 kb and Vehicle Tax write off, 98 kb.
