Wow! I guess it might be worth it to some. If you purchased a house at the top of the market and now your home is worth close to 200k less than what you paid for it, you could save a ton of money doing this I guess. Buy the same home for 200,000 less and make payments on that one at the expense of your credit. Not a bad read. Here you go.

got to agree with 01PyTypeR#1140 and that dosent often happen but if you have hit the floor and its between you having a roof over your head and bouncing some greedy money lending company one in the eye i know wich way i would go if i could pass it back some how to some greedy money grabbing ex wife then all the better
