here are some more pics that might help...there are two buttons (brass) on the bottom and i took pictures before and after. the one on the right moves the brass tube on the top left up and down releasing balls that made it into the prize section. the button/brass thingy on the left moves a metal section of the slide which in turn blocks the flow of any balls from going into the spring/tube.

I am gonna try what you just mentioned too...

Does that button your moving in the 4th pic stay to the right? It may be the 'empty' lever we're talking about.

I spent too much time looking at the pics, you got it! Great and enjoy!

Now , if you want to get the lights working get a 9 vdc battery and the 9vdc battery clip and attah it to the screw terminals in the back . If the light bubs are not burnt out they should come on when yo hit a jackpot or the upper hopper is empty .

nice...i need to try out the battery thing to see if it even still has lights on it...

Problem i am having now is the lever that lets only one ball into the shoot is letting too many in and so i am not able to leave balls in the top tray (on the front) when i am playing...When i do two or three balls try and cram there way in..

Ok , now you need to open the front playfield door then open the front ball tray door and take some pictures of the inside of the front ball feeder door and the mechanism below the playfield . I will do what i can figure out hte mechanism

opening it up, it looks fairly simple, it appears that the ball is hitting the hammer and not allowing the piece to go all the way back. I will post a pic so you can see too.

post a picture of that mechanism with the flip lever up and down.

On worth, it's what ever someone is willing to pay. Anywhere from $20 to $200. Never have seen a machine like that one, I wouldn't let it go cheap, if your selling (I never let anything go, it's the bane of my existence!)

I cant see from the photos but there should be an arm or other extension from the lever that you are depressing in the back, to the ball shooter mech. Whereby the pulling back of the ball shooter lever would, through such a linkage, depress the lever in the back that you are pressing to send a ball to the shooter.

This is how all of the vintage machines ( Exception being single shot machines) operate.

However your machine might use a different system as I have never seen one like yours before.

That's a really unusual mechanism. Narita is not a manufacturer you see much. I like it.

That is a very interesting machine! When I first saw the pics of the back - I would have sworn that it was missing half it's parts. As a couple others have said - I've never seen one like that before. It's a keeper!

Hey here is the pics of the front of the machine's mechanisms for the ball feeder. I messed with it a bit last night but got way to tired and and couldn't get it to work right still.
Sorry these aren't the best shots but i was tired.

This is the front ball feed shot from the inside. If you look at shot two above, the white part is the ramp coming from the front feeder (my finger is on it). Then where it goes in is a piece of metal sticking down that stops too many balls from going into it at a time. This is the part that seems to be messed up. It has a couple of things going on in it but the counterweight part doesn't seem to be just right and it just sticks sometimes.
Is there another way you would want me to take the pic?

Ok , i see your words but no pictures . I need to see the pictures to know whats happening . If you could take a picture of the inside view of the front ball feeder door the playfield shooter area looks dirty and could stand some cleaning . The counter weight lever you possibly have to clean and get a smooth action on it .

Well the inner side of the front ball tray door picture. Unless all the mechanicals are on the lower part of the cell to the left of the ball launcher hammer.

yeah, that was all of it to take pictures of. I cleaned up the whole thing, oiled the joints, and replaced two screws as they weren't holding the ball feeder tight and that was causing some of the problems. I also had to bend a bit of the metal parts inside just a hair to get it working good.

Now I am trying to get the lights working. I am not sure if I am missing anything or where I would even hook up a 9V to the machine. I tried hooking it to a couple of wires but no luck. Any ideas? I should have enough pics already posted but if you want something different let me know. Thanks for all your help!
