i also have been putting a list of cleaners together i need to get to do this project here it is let me know if i have forgotten anything

brillaneze
contact cleaner
windex
some sort of metal polish

and to clean the field im going to use the things in the pic i work with fiber optics and get these free at work.

any suggestion from anyone else?

Ah problems, whats new. But then half of the fun of doing vintage machines is solving all the problems and put the puzzle(s) together. Eddie has a bit of experience with that

As for the missing parts. Maybe they aren't missing. Check the bottom of the circuit board and check for residue parts. Looking at the pics, i would opt for two standard PNP transistors, but maybe they where only in the design and abandonned later.

I hope you get it working again I wish these machines could be found on our side of the atlantic !

hey eddie can you measure the distance of the bolts that hold the coin tray on i know you dont have one but i still see the bolts and the pieces of purple where the tray was. I want to see if its the same as mine. Im thinking of making a few molds for new parts. thanks

I havent had the chance to get home yet but for now here is a Photo of the board and Missing Components

thanks when you get home can you see if you can make out any kind of letters or numbers on the top of the 2 black transisters on the right those are the ones im missing thanks

I went home tonight and removed the board to check the components and unfortunately

there were no markings at all!!! not on the components that you needed nor on the board itself. Sorry That I couldn't help identifying the parts.

The tray post distance from center of post to center of post is 6 inchs!

ok due to not enough free time i am going to sell this machine cause its just going to get broke sitting in my garage by my kid. so pm me offers on it id rather sell to some one in tx that can pick it up but if your willing to pay for boxing and shipping i can take to a ups store i live in keller tx. i wanted eddie to buy it but he said he had no room so since he helped me out so much in the beginning i sold him the coin tray and some of the bulb holders. so the pics show them and they are not there anymore. every thing else in in the same condition with a little dust. it also has 6 or 7 tokens that were with it when i got it ill send those also.ill post in the auction when i can take more pics and get them posted if no one here is interested
