wiring up a volume control

[CHIP]

i was told i needed a pot for my new machine. i got the 271-215 10k with audio taper, spdt switch from radio shack. can someone tell me how to wire this thing up please. it has 3 connection in a row on the top and 3 connection on the very end....thankx in advance
