I found out the hard way with this vendor, don't lose your money like I did. Their phone number has been disconnected and they will not answer their e-mails. They have 279 bucks of my money and I have started a dispute with paypal, and escalated it since they did not respond to any of my emails. If they do not respond to paypal by May 24th then they will decide in my favor and I should get my money back! So I would not want anyone to go through what I have been going through with them! They will tie your money up for 2 weeks or longer. I really hope the decision goes in my favor. A company that will take your money and not answer any e-mails nor have a working phone number should not be allowed to operate on the web period! Just a warning out there for fellow pachi people not to lose their cash.

Ya thats what got me in trouble...their website is still up and you can order a pachinko from them and it deducts from your paypal or CC, but you won't ever receive your pachinko, nor will they respond to any e-mails. I clicked cancel the next day after I ordered it and that was on the 10th and still have not received a credit back to my paypal, hence why I initiated the dispute. I shudder to think if I would have left it in order status and never received my pachinko. Try calling their toll free number, disconnected, also I found a 909 area code number to them and all automated no live person. I also noticed on my paypal it shows up as www.toolprice.com and they have a website for tools, which has me bewildered. At any rate be warned if you order, I just hope I get my money back!

tools are their main business, all the machines I got from them had the paypal payment to that account.

But you would think some kind of e-mail or response to an e-mail would be acceptable. No contact and just a pachinko showing up is strange to me. Even just an e-mail saying we received your order and are working on it. But no response at all!

Come to think about it; their site has been fairly stagnant for awhile. I haven't seen any changes, new products, or updates in some time.

The first machine I ever bought came from them and everything went fine. (That was over 3 years ago though.). But still, it is wrong not to respond to customers inquiries. The success to any business is costumer service.

they leaned me over a barrel a few years back. I would never recommend them. a credit card dispute finally resolved it after months

I dumpster dive as well... Great things to be found in there! I found a business class copier in the dumpster behind California Business Machines once. I fixed it, and used it for several years. Also, I have found music CDs in the dumpster behind Tower Records, and traded them in at the warehouse when they were both around. Great fun!

Not exactly a dumpster diving story but when I was about 16 or 17 yrs old I was walking home one day, I was cutting through a apt complex and near a dumpster was a big box.
So for whatever reason I decided to kick the box as I walked by and it did not budge( I thought I broke my toes), so I thought "what the hell is in there" and opened it and inside was 500 mint condition Playboy magazines from the late 60s and early 70s.
I went home and got my brother and we took them to the used bookstore and they gave us $1 each for them
