i have had 6 machines this year from steve, and i have had a first class service every time.
one machine was even delivered in under 24hrs.
i have only had one problem with one machine, and steve got it sorted in a couple of days, he sent a replacement part which solved the problem.
in my view steve has done a first class service. and i hope to buy from him again in the new-year.

I bought all my machines bar one from Steve, not a single problem., great communication fast shipping and superb follow up, but then I only live 150 miles from him, so I can se where the problem lies

I posted previously in this Thread that I hadn't purchased anything from Steve for ages

Just thought I should update and say that I did infact order and receive 2 Pachislos a couple of months ago

There were Ultraman ST Club and Battle Caesar, they arrived within 3 days, and everything was as it should be, good communications, etc

I have no hesitation in recommending him and will buy again from him in the future

I will add that I always contact him first to discuss my requirements before pressing the buy it now, so any potential misunderstandings can be avoided
