we got our first tv in 1950 a 10 inch B & W Garrad, I think my dad paid over $200.00 for it.

we didn't get color till around 1958, I remember my dad paid $400.00 for a 13 inch

I think I was the only kid in high school that didn't have color tv

we had a big console color for about 3 months, my brother threw a glass papaerweight at it and it sat in the livingroom from 1963? to i tossed it in the 1990s. mom always harped about that tv as we grew up

you could only channel up, no down. thank goodness there were on 6 channels!

And where can you get it for US$79 exactly? Price is a matter of value and demand. If they're selling the only one available, and someone wants one, it's a reasonable price to pay IMHO.

Mine was $99 plus shipping from SLotUSA. THey only included 100 balls w/it but their quality of balls are spotty at best and I had plenty so I didn't mine. The machine is clean as a whistle though.
