Psystar is back to offering a Mac operating system, and it looks like they will take a defiant stand against Apple's EULA for operating systems.
In addition to Linux (Ubuntu), users can select from Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista Home Premium, or OSX 10.5 (Leopard).
No big thing with Linux, of course. And Windows isn't 'monopolized' by one computer company, either. BUT, this could prove to be an interesting challenge to the people at Apple. Their EULA states that OS X can't be loaded on anything but THEIR hardware.
Could be interesting in the days ahead.
