Default Why are these worth so much?

Why are these trays worth so much? txcanoeman sells them for $40~$50.

I'm not trying to be flippant or suggest they aren't worth it. I have one that almost ended up in the sandbox that I rescued!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I wasn't looking to acquire anymore of these. (or any more baby wipes boxes, got lots of them too!) I just wanted to know why the seller thought so highly of them.

Personally I use GladWare Containers, since they were already in the in the house, and all the baby wipes boxes were already taken.

Devon is the member called Devospeed. You can contact him by sending him a private message. If you haven't sent one before, the button is at the top right of the page or is also listed under the 'Quick Links' button.

I have 6 different trays. They're all very thick plastic with foam inside on the bottom, with handles on the sides (in case you haven't seen a real pachinko tray).

I also use a Jack Daniels plastic cup (along the lines of the baby wipe container) for bottom tray dumping while playing. I use the trays for catching spent balls.

They are way over priced but from the look at the picture they appear to be original vintage ball trays. Their is only a thin area in the back and those were perfect for the job.

So there is some value to having one with my vintage machine then? To look at the one I have it looks - inexpensive. I think the newer trays will be the ones out on public display.
