Has anyone done business with these guys?

I have tried to contact the seller with some questions, but they never respond. This is the second time I have tried to contact these people, in the last six months, and never get a response to my questions.

I'm not sure what their deal is, but if they won't respond to a question before the sale; I don't figure I will get much support after it.

I noticed that, but I'm worried about the lack of communication. To me this is not just a a issue of support after the sale, it's also disrespectful.

I asked a simple question, and wasn't worthy of a their response. I would happily settle for a YES/NO/K.M.A. answer, but no response at all is disrespectful and unprofessional.

I am one of those guys who would rather pay a little more, and be treated with respect than give my money to a looser who thinks I'm not worthy of their time.

it did need some cleaning but came in a new frame and was packed very well.

Has anyone ever purchased their "Bellagio" tokens? Do those come from a parlor in Japan that has the same name as the Las Vegas casino? There's no way those were ever used in Las Vegas, right?
