Smile Pachinko Parlour on a small scale...

In fact a VERY small scale...

Here's another of those small model Pachinko Parlours,

Not just for train layouts, this would make a nice Games Room piece too

The listing also gives a link to a Hobby Site that shows more of these buildings...

I brought quite a lot from that seller in the past. Seeing as Kato and Tomix/Tomytec are hard to come by here. And the second hand prices. It's cheaper to buy new and ship.

I'm really thinking about buying these for my n-scale train layout. It's in the same room as my pachis and would tie everything together. Hmmm...

I saw those too, and am thinking about getting them and displaying them in my gameroom. Telling people, "This is the parlor where you win the balls, and this is the store where you redeem your pen and pencil set to Japanese mafia for cash!"

I posted pics of some of these Pachinko parlors some time back. I was told a lot of members have them already.

    ??

There have been a few threads about these over the years...

I started this one in 2008 and updated it again today as there have been a lot of new members joining us lately that may not have them in their collections, or may not have seen them??

That's why a while back I posted some pics and links to stuff on eBay.
I didn't post them in your thread as I didn't know about it.
I thought it was cool which is why I posted links to it.
There was one which I thought was very cool.

Back then I didn't see the harm in posting something even if older members
have a lot of this stuff.
I still don't see the harm in it.

I don't see any harm in it either

Sorry, I didn't quite 'get' your previous post, it sounded like you were telling me off for posting about them again

which is why I used the ?? and a little smiley man

I know it's not easy to convey thoughts through typeface, so I try and use smileys

and as a by-the-by, I don't actually own any of these cool little models either,
    but some day I shall

I have some HO train things in boxes that I might take out and use when I get older and have the time.

Those parlors are really cool. I can imagine rows of miniature multi-color LED's flasing in patterns across the building faceod with a tiny speaker inside playing distorted parlor sounds. A figurine would be posed just outside the door with silver dots in their ears representing the pacinko balls they've stuffed in there.

I was thinking about getting some of these for my layout
Cirrus Digital Photo Silver 1.5in Keyring BNIB | eBay

Then just get some USB connectors to run 5v to them so they don't go flat, Put them on the side and in buildings.
I already have a 3in monitor in the front of one of the buildings
