I recently gave Kiai over $1500, and he is looking for "stuff" for me as we speak !!!

I just emailed S-P.com about the door request. I stated that it would be cheaper to send me a replacement door (or clear plastic element) than to risk more damages in return transit and refunding a sale. I sent the email to their sales and info departments.

The email was non threatening and to the point. Just a simple request from a unfulfilled customer.

Thanks again for all the helping hands.

This is the email I just received from slot-pachinko.com:

Jason,

I talked to our people in Japan last night and they are going to put a crack free door on our next container. It is due to load the 19th and ship the 21st. Takes about 3 1/2 weeks to arrive at our door step.

We will double box the door and ship it to you. Impossible for even FedEx to damage it.

Please advise if this is a suitable solution.
