i picked up a pair of playboy machines. they have no concept of time or communications. about 3 weeks late on delivery with no apologies and no response to my emails concerning damage.
Dave ,on the other hand ,(from pachinko pagoda) spent a great deal of time on the phone with me and offered to forward my emails to japan in case they were not receiving them. i would do bussiness with Dave in a heartbeat but i'm NOT happy with pachi-world at all.

I got my Eva 2 from Dave and he was great to deal with. I hope he can help you get to a happy outcome with this

problem is Dave is just the transhipper. he doesn't open the boxes or inspect the machines, he just unloads the boxes labels them and sends them on their way. so it's not really his problem. but he's good enough to care and try to help.

finally got an email returned. they offered $75 for the damage or a wait of 2 months for parts. I'm sorry i cannot recommend this vendor. in fact i'm doing a credit card dispute tonight.
