My ID/Password combo doesn't work any more, and I didn't get a confirmation email. I suppose it could be me

thats very odd, check your junk filters though (i guess you already did though).

give it a couple of tries if you can't get in send a comment through the site with the email field filled in and I'll get the webmaster to check the database.

Without the confirmation mail you should be able to access the site a number of times.

Haven't reall had any problems with people signing up before, maybe my instructions arent very good. (i've lived in japan for only half a year and i'm forgetting english... HELP!)

I know this thread is quite old, but I was wondering something. One of the main differences between the Japanese market and the English market is that the Japanese are generally machine players , while the rest of us are actually machine owners. Is there any way to get ANY kind of technical documents from the manufacturers (schematics, service manuals, wiring diagrams, official play guides etc..etc...). I can understand that these would probably not be available for machines still in service in the parlors, and they would probably be mostly in Japanese. Any of these documents would be a great help though.
