so do I bought it a couple cristmas's ago($250.00) was a candy crane pay till you win .But i converted it to a regular machine that takes tokens and quarters and has a regular three finger crane instead of the candy one .its now loaded with a load of stuffed animals i win out of walmarts machines every week ...

Does anyone remember what these were called back in the traveling carnival days? I remember when I didn't live in a city with a permanent Six Flags park that the carnival was an annual event, and they had a version of these that were much smaller, and used little 'bull-dozers' or those claw-looking construction digging machines. They had a special name (maybe it was a brand name), but I can't remember what it was... Anyone know what I'm talking about?

they use to be called Digger machines .

Yeah, that's it... The Digger machine... But we had another name for them... It might have just been a name made up by the carnival that always came to the town I lived in though.
