What about California? I thought that California was the number one NO NO to sell to, but it isn't even listed in that disclaimer?

RKnarr01 Give me a call on the Beast Sapp. If you are close to NY state, maybe we can help...maybe not but we can try. My 800 number is 888-798-1761.

I figured it would get out of hand like that someday, but it caught everyone by surprise right before Christmas. Sellers... both large and small... have been hurt by this, as well as buyers.

Thanks for the info on this, Milt. It's good to know that you remember us, and come in here to keep us posted!

There ya go, RK. Your location says Rochester NY. And a toll-free number to boot.

You're a good guy, Milt. STILL number one in my book!

i did the conversion because once i get too much money saved up i have a tendency to spend it quickly so i can save up 100-200 in quarters a month to every month and a half and i wont go out and spend 400 dollars in quarters.

You can do that with a 5 Gal. Plastic water bottle, and they are only $5.00 for the bottle. and no jail time.

I received this email today on what happened....

Some schmuck District Attorney in New Jersey called legal at Ebay and complained about the legality of selling these machines on Ebay. Since pachislo's are in the grey area (meaning that Ebay only did their legal homework on slot machines not skill stop machines).. there was some legal jargon that has to be added to every listing. I know stealth and some of the others got hit but we got hit hard.. about $25,000 worth of bids lost...

Talk about bad timing. That REALLY sucks. Was just discussing that the prices might be high right now, but people (like myself!) were willing to pay a bit more to get the new toy during the holidays.

    ROFL, Lucky!!!

    Q. What do you call 500 lawyers in concrete shoes at the bottom of the Hudson River?

    A. A good start.

Hmmm... think of it this way... restarted auctions 7 days before Christmas eve. Some are 7 day auctions, too. My presents will SURELY be bought by then.

And I don't know about you guys... but I'm not going to be hanging around eBay on that night of nights. I doubt you'll catch me here, either.

But... maybe my little sniper program just might have a few goodies under the monitor for me on Christmas morning, now that this is happening. Hmmmmm.

I'll have to remember to check while I'm having my coffee, and waiting for the grandson to come downstairs to see if Santa found the cookies and milk. Ahhh... to once again see the eyes of a 4 year old on Christmas morning! I will cherish the moment! :smt111

Does anyone else leave carrots outside for the reindeer?
