    Congratulations on your purchase,

I've never played that one, but it seems to have good reviews,

I would also have suggested Sinbad Adventure as a must have too...

Neo Magic Pulsar was my first machine. We still have it, and still have fun playing it! Plenty of action on the screen, always something going on, it seems. And you bought from the best. Gaku is fantastic to deal with, my Dynamite Wave machine came from him when he first started out on Ebay - when I got it, I thought it was a new machine it was so nice.

It is loud, so look into adding volume controls... and after a while, don't be surprised if you get lured to the Dark Side...muahahaha

Thanks to everybody for their input. My only regret is Gaku closed the auction on Friday night and now I have to wait until Monday until I can go pick it up. At least I hope I can pick it up Monday. He hasn't responded to my emails yet.

If I hadn't also bought a Penta-Fever Pachinko machine on eBay from a local seller that I picked up today, I would have been climbing the walls waiting for Monday...

Actually, since I just lost an hour maybe I will go climb the walls.

    Big Thanks to everybody.

I picked up the Neo Magic Pulsar this afternoon. It is one very strange machine. Gaku has some instructions on the eBay posting and it has an amazing combination of strange pictures and bonus thingies. I can see I am going to have to study this Holy Writ much long time.

I am thinking of changing my signature to:
Welcome to the magical world. Let's play and enjoy the frog illusion.

    Either that or:
Have a good time with exiting machine.

Both are very cool saying on the front of the machine.

Has there been a list of mangled English phrases found on these machines posted yet? If not I nominate those two.

As a side note, they had a Texas Longhorn slot machine in the office when I picked up the NMP that I couldn't resist buying for my son. He graduated from UT Austin last spring and is back there for his masters. So it is on loan until he moves to a new apartment in a couple of months. I am just starting to search for the real name of the machine. It is gold with a small color LCD screen on the right hand side that shows movies of this Indiana Jones style mouse.
Please let me know if that rings a bell with anyone.

I think it's a King of Mouse machine. There is a picture of one at http://www.pachislo.com/pachislo/detail-a/s1351.html that looks just about right.

If anyone has one or if there is a better picture I may be able to positively identify it.

I am too tired now, maybe tomorrow I can drag out the digital camera and snap some pics.

I probably would have picked up at least one more, but I would have had to leave the boy or the wife as the trunk was full and the Longhorn rode in the passenger seat...
