I love these tokens. I think it was purely luck of the draw getting them, though. There were about 30 other "normal" all silver used coins mixed in the order. These are REALLY nice tokens, imo. Don't know if one could get them again. I bought them from www.pachislo.com. Of course, they are used.

The close up pic really highlights every single mark on the tokens. A new coin would likely show lots of scratches, too. But, as said, they ARE used. But in actual view sitting here on the desk, few of the tiny scratches are visible and they are very classy.

If I could get more of these, I would. Need to contact the vender and find if these can be special ordered.

I just did Toonces method of using the vibratory tumbler and Walnut media and holy crap I should have taken some before and after shots!

They are shiny! He suggested 8 hours. I did 6 and was very pleased.

And token cleaning is MUCH quieter than Pachinko Balls.

I would LOVE to get some more of these bi-metal (mixed metal) tokens. Arby was just SUPER kind enough to get me some, but I'd like to get more. Especially am looking for the ones show with the copper heart in the center. If anyone knows where these can be found would sure like to know.

When I buy just tokens, I always count them. When they come with a machine I don't bother to count them. I don't think it's a question of being cheap as much as it is making sure you didn't get screwed.

Cheap is when you receive 1000 tokens from a seller because they screwed something up and are making up for it and counting those!
    Meanwhile, somewhere in Oklahoma.

I send out 1,000 with machines and just to cover my asz, I thro in an extra 100 to cover anything. I use an old bank counter counter/sorter, but since I don't take the time to look at each one for any burrs or bad scraches, I put in a extra 100 to cover. Nobody yet has emailed to complained I sent to many. http://www.users.qwest.net/~arbycoff.../chairfall.gif

Mike, you can pick up those mesh bags at any Wal-Mart. I got one there (Don't remember which department.) and it works great.

Then I got a tumbler from Arby and it is even better.

I always thought this would be cool...
    http://www.eastwood.com/shopping/pro...eyword=tumbler
Could be used for tokens, and other stuff. Probably overkill for most people though...
