I would like to have that one... The shipping looks good, obviously a mistake, but the description is definitely going to get this one pulled!

I gather you are not allowed to have a pachinko in California, what would happen if they catch you with one, or worse, a basement like for instance Mike has ? Surely everyone can see that its a hobby collecting items and not a way to sustain a gambling habbit.

You're not allowed to have a gambling machine in California. Pachinko is legal, but Pachislo and slots are not. I've heard that slots that don't take tokens or coins, and can't be modified to take them, are legal.

Buy saying its a 1950's machine he might fool them into thinking its an antique and therefore exempt from the regular rules.

Actually, machines over 25 years old are legal in California, whether they take cash or tokens... You still can't use them to actually gamble, but it's okay to own them.

He says this machine is from the 1980's, so it's possible that it's 25+ years old... (He doesn't mention the exact year.) I don't know the machine, so that date might not be accurate, but from what he says in the auction it should be safe...

I sold a pachislot on eBay a few months ago, and I made it very clear that the machine was actually located in Vegas and had to be picked up/shipped from there... And that's exactly where it was when I shipped it... (Kind of an added hassle to moving to CA from TX I discovered after-the-fact...)

I had a group of machines that i bought and sold that were of the same maker and design as these they were early 90's machines hardly 25 yrs old ,As for not being able to be made to take coins ...you can make a stone take coins if your good with a high speed drill ...
