Babel/Rai Rai/Don Don/Gigafever search - vendor question

So far no stock at Milt's, and Grand View doesn't sell retail or think Babel will ever be on eBay from them. Is there another forum recommended dealer or should I just take the chance on eBay with the less popular vendors?

What are Babels running cost wise these days? They should be pretty cheap. I got mine for 199+shipping about a year ago.
