Hey guys long time no post!!! So hello to all!!

Well I purchased 10,000 tokens from slot usa!! and also

They have horrible communication. But I did receive the items within a week of ordering. Item was received as described but I still will continue to give all of my business to Milt in the future.....Not worth the headaches of wondering where the "F" your order is............

Please post your feedback about SlotUsa. I have been dealing with them for awhile now- I buy a pallet at a time, fix them up and sell them locally. Not a bad deal.

They use to sell pallets on ebay for $999 + 250 shipping. They stopped selling pallets and now only list single machines. Their pallets are for sale on their Web site for $1,199 +250 shipping. This is about $120 per machine.

Thoughts? Is there a better vendor that sells decent machines for $120 (incl ship)?

I have yet to find a better deal- as long as you can put up with their horrible communications.

I just recently purchased a Don Don King from SlotUSA via ebay, and I'd say I had a great experience. I ordered from them on 12/20 and received the machine on 12/27, not to shabby especially considering the holiday week. I e-mailed them once regarding getting an approximate shipping date, and my e-mail was answered within 2 days. The machine came securely packaged, clean, and in good overall shape. The only thing that I noticed that really stood out to me was the cabinet finish. Since I ordered my first machine from Pachinko Pallace (aka Grand View), I was spoiled with the nice lacquered finish. Slot USA seems to use paint. Slot USA claims to use "high quality, gloss black, latex enamel" according to their website, but my machine is definitely a flat black. The machine from Pachinko Pallace really stands out when the two machines are compared side by side. One thing that SlotUSA does state on their website that is true is their guarantee for their machine's minor key reset to work. I tested this by purposely under filling the hopper for payouts. Of course when a payout was due and there was not enough tokens, the machine threw an error code. I attempted to reset by turning the key to the left and it worked. I know this was not the case with the machine I received from Pachinko Pallace, where I had to perform a major reset.

In conclusion I would say that I had positive experience with SlotUSA, with the only room for complaint coming from cabinet finish (if you follow what SlotUSA's website says).

I should also mention that I bought my machine for $179.00 "Buy It Now", given the holidays I felt that this was a reasonable price (according to this newbie)...

Most vendors just paint the case. Some don't even do that. I've had to repaint a few case myself. When I do I use a black satin finish. Just takes a couple of minutes with a roller.

The pachinko pallace cases do look nice, but they cover the lift holes, which can be a bit inconvenient.

When I'm bidding on auctions I sometimes find the same machine availble from both pachinko pallace and pachislot777. I bid the same on both machines, figuring that the finished case is worth about $10 but pachislot777 charges $10 less for shipping, so it's a wash. (Of course, now that pachinko pallace is tossing in extra tokens for pachitalk members, I guess I should change that equation.)

First off hi all. I have bought a few machines from slot usa the machines were very clean and in great shape, shipping was timely. My only complaints are token related, I purchased 2 machines and both came with no tokens, no reason told why, I contacted them and they said their packing machine was down, well I waited awhile and contacted them and in all contacted them about 4 times and got nothing but a run around, said things like this must have slipped by us etc. well it took a month and a threat to contact ebay to get my tokens after I got my machines. Then one more token related story, I got a good deal on a machine so I gave them another shot well I got shakeys pizza tokens that were all beat ,I thought that was pretty cheesey, pun intendeed :lol: .

First off, welcome to the forum! 8-)

Secondly with Slotusa, they generally pay off people from giving them a negative by giving them 1000 tokens or balls depending on what you bought from them that wasn't right.

It's obvious by this post that most everyone has been getting these tokens deals and they are now out of them. So in a panic the must've purchased whatever Shakey's was throwing out!

Their offer was a free extra token tray that was never included with the tokens, they owed me two trays, so I was then expecting three, got only two,so I didn't even get the free tray out of it. I felt it wasn't worth getting worked up about, cause I got some very nice machines in great shape from them. Anyways this forum is just awesome, I'm so glad I have found a safe haven from my wife, who thinks my pachislo collection is a compulsion already, I've been cut off from getting any further machines :-( .

Well hey Arby, well the tokens work in my machine. I think it's odd I was wondering if it could cause a jam or error but I have played it quite a bit with no trouble.
