Default Parlor computer system on ebay, it is probably old news...

I just saw this system on ebay. It connects machines through a network and then a node connects to your PC. It has software to monitor performance and all. I didn't see a thread on it so I hope this isn't old news.

I think there was a tread on these about a year ago when the guy initially designed them. There were actually a few in the auction for a while but I don't thing they sold. Just seems to expensive a novelty. Wouldn't want to spend $60 per machine just to do book keeping that is of little use in the home. What you pay for two of these could buy another machine. Much more desirable.

Actually pretty cool. And it's $63 for the first one (because of the usb adapter), $35 for additional units, they daisy chain together.

That was my exact thought process. I really like them, it is a hell of an effort to design, build and distribute those. And your not going to get rich selling them at that price, that is really reasonable for the package you are getting. I really do like it but I just can't see what I would do with it.

Yep I remember those too... your guy's thoughts are the same as mine.

It would be awesome at a large get together, but for the average person to buy it I think is too much $.

You could always list them in our auction site. It is cheaper than feebay.
