    Default Spaghetti Recipe

I love Spaghetti, and well the other day we prepared one of our favorite spaghetti recipes and i thought i'd share it with you all or Y'all (depending on where you are )

    Ingredients are as follows

    1/2 LB Sausage Crumbled
    3 Large Onions Thinly Sliced
2 Bunches of Arugula (tough stems removed)
3/4 cup Chicken broth ( I just use some chicken base in water)
1 Pkg of spaghetti (normal sized one)
    4 ounces Feta Cheese

Cook Sausage and onions in large Skillet until sausage is browned and onion is tender

Add Arugula and broth, cook 5 minutes or until the Arugula is wilted and tender stirring occasionally

Add spaghetti and feta cheese mix it all together,

    serve with grated Parmesan cheese...

    Enjoy...

I find it is easier to cook the spaghetti at the same time so that way you can just drain it and toss it in the skillet

no need to add salts and peppers etc as the peppery taste of the Arugula combined with the sausage and feta makes for a great combination...

    Have Fun!

    Sounds good!

My grandfather used to make "chicken" spaghetti. What the "chicken" was depended on where he went or who he saw that day. Oh, and for a hint, let's just say it was never chicken.

    Are those European measurements?

Is there a difference between an American pound and a Greek pound?

    Setup: What's a Greek pound?

Jeez, I'm kinda bummed out ;( This isn't a recipe for spaghetti at all... it seems to be for some kind of spaghetti topping
