Price and condition go hand in hand for me. I want a clean machine in good condition for a fair price. I don't care too much about warranty, as these company come and go. besides... I haven't had a problem that PachiTalk couldn't fix yet.
    There's no need to fear....

I picked Cleanliness/Quality, didn't know I could choose two more, but I didn't see it listed, my main priority would be how well of a packaging job the vendor does. It's one thing to get a machine in excellent condition, but it's another thing altogether to receive it in one piece!

I've only had one machine arrive damaged (unsalvageably so), therefore so far I've had pretty good luck so far.

I would say price and reputation.

Good condition at a nice price (everything's there and nothing's broken - bad lights ok, dirty's fine if the price is adjusted accordingly, taking them apart and cleaning them is half the fun!), has machines I want, is somewhere on my route!

Well I would personally go by:

    Vendors Reputation

Quality and Condition of the Machine

Customer Service / Tech Support if I encounter a problem

The price I would be willing to pay would vary depending on which particular
Machine it was and the condition...

Also I now have enough Hallowed Sphericals to almost start my own Parlour,
so not too bothered if the machine comes without

    Warranties?? not interested!!
If I picked the Vendor by my top 3 choices then I would
already have peace of mind and expect the Vendor to do the decent thing...

Obviously I already own a number of Pachi's so my choices may be slightly
different to if I was new to Pachi's...

At the end of the day, I buy from only a couple of Vendors and have been very
happy with everything from service, price and quality of machines
    Angie ...
Pachinkos, Pachislos, Coffee, Papercraft Ninja, Pinball

I ran away with the Steampunk Circus!
I was hiding in a room in my mind...
You crush the lily in my soul...

This is a very good point and I can't believe I didn't specify this more clearly in the poll. I think we tend to blame the shipping company more often than not when a machine is damaged, but packing is certainly a big part of the equation.

I just had to send a machine back last week because it was damaged by FedEx. While I believe the vendor sends out high quality machines and has excellent prices and service, they didn't double box the machine. I doubt that it would have totally prevented the damage, but it couldn't hurt.

I'll see later this week if they pack the replacement any differently.
