Jackpot reset

i hit the jackpot, the machine didnot pay out, and it wont respond, it wont shoot balls, and i already manually dropped balls into the jackpot pocket, to try to reset its self. no luck.

Did you fill the top hopper with balls? Is it out of balls? That is what the lights on the top right of the machine indicate!

OK here is the vid. basic, just to show what should happen when the count is off. about the only other thing I can say to do is leave it unplugged for 3 or 4 days to clear the memory and try again. otherwise it has to be a jam in the back somewhere that is not letting it payout and end the round

I was thinking the same thing as owen, I had mine do that once and thats how I fixed it!!
