I'll post a picture for you but for now, the rear of the wall is painted drywall just like the front. The game openings extend right through to the back which presently is framed as the front is.

My intent is to mount one of my ball lifters along with a main ball hopper on the bottom and a small distribution hopper on top. The Pachinko ball collector will consist of a horizontal trough with wide and yet narrow "funnels" to suit a variety of frame styles.

Presently I'm undecided as to wether I'll use one fill trough on top with three drops or three separate small diameter tubes, one for each machine. I'm leaning towards the added complexity of three tubes in order to keep the weight and the number of "stale" balls down to a minimum.

The main hangup is the design of automated ball shut-off gates. My desire is that a variety of game frames can be opened at any time from the front without an unintended "ball dump" and also without having to go into the back. One possible solution is to use a small solenoid valve switched from the exisiting "frame open" switch used in the parlors.

i went for the one single pipe on my system of three machines feeding all 3 machines from a distribution hopper but i can see the advantage of 3 seperate pipes now iv built my first system my only problem is my machines had to be mounted on a wall as apposed to in a wall so i didnt have teh space to make it look neat with 3 pipes so i ran one pipe through all the cabinets and just about managed to get enough gradient on it to feed all teh machines but dont skip the distribution hopper and make sure it is big enough to hold 2000 balls and your collection hopper big enough to hold 3000 it comes in to its own in teh end as mine will keep up with all 3 machines in feever
