    Default Japanese Auctions

Can anyone recomend a reliable seller on the yahoo japanese auction site. I want to buy direct from Japan to prevent a full circle Pacific freight cost to Australia. Most of the sellers seem to no ship international but perhaps some friendly soul can point me towards someone over there...

He sure is! A true gentleman!

I see his site has changed a bit since I last looked at it, but here's a link in English that provides some info.

This is not a smart Azz answer, but it depends in the size/weight. So something small like a watch = $28-$36

    Something REALLY light ~ $18

A pachinko frame & Cell $400-$600 or more

Depending on the value of the Yen and Dollar. This is pretty good as a guideline. IMHO of course.

I've gambled and bought boxed video games from Japan on Ebay and had then sent airmail for 5.00 or 6.00.

but, you get no tracking or coverage like EMS if the item gets lost.

so far all have arrived safely.

Of late the cost for a full pachinko without transformer run with packing about $420.
You have it in 3 to 5 days

The pachinko is tobig to come by boat and to big for SAL too.

A cel can ship by slo-boat for about $60-70 but no tracking/insurance and takes about 6 weeks. Last two boxes I got took 8 weeks, but it was just before the holiday. Haven't lost anything yet!
