Pachislo Part needed - Pikagoro 2

Any recommendations on where to locate parts for Pachislo machines? I have a Yamasa Pikagoro 2 that arrived with one of the colored lenses for the lights damaged beyond repair. I have been unable to reach the distributor, not answering phone calls, may be due to the holidays.

On this machine there are three red colored plastic lenses, a large horizontal one across the front at the very top, and two small vertical ones on the upper left and right. The one on the left was broken into pieces, totally unrestorable, pieces are missing so unable to even attempt to glue them back together, I've seen lots of ads for "parts" places, but they just advertise manuals, bulbs and spare tokens. Are there any "real" parts places where someone might find trim pieces like this lense?

virtually every retail seller has a pile of spare parts as 5% or so of the machines show up broken. that basic machine has dozens of different models so parts should not be a problem.

I don't think there is a specific place just to get parts. As Birdbrain mentioned, the distributors will have parts from damaged or otherwise not working machines that are a part of every shipment. I would keep trying to reach the seller. If they are of substance, they will send you what you need.

Still haven't heard back from the original dealers tech support after multiple calls, so figured I'd try a few other dealers. First one I contacted, Stealth Home Amusements said they had one lense in stock and could ship it right away. This was yesterday, Friday 12/29. Today, Satruday 12/30, the part arrived in my mailbox! Wow, what fast service, and reasonable too. Got the lense installed and the machine looks first class now, and working fine. Thanks again for the help!

We're glad that you got it all sorted out; but you might mention the name of the unresponsive seller so that we can avoid doing business with them.

I would say in all fairness to wait until after the holidays... it would not be uncommon for a business to be closed between Christmas and New Years. If they don't get back to you after the holidays, I would definitely mention them. Just my thoughts...

I agree, what with the holiday period I want to be fair and give them a chance to respond. I was just too impatient to get my new Pikagoro looking right to wait for them to respond. I will continue to follow up with the original dealer to see how they will handle the situation and if I get no satisfaction from them after a decent amount of time, I will pass the information on.
