I just got my first Pachislo 2 weeks ago, and I was instantly hooked right in. I started to search on the web for info on these machines and this site popped up. I normally don't give out attaboys very often, BUT this site ROCKS. Hands down the best message board with REAL information and a bunch of people enjoying their hobby. I have to say ATTABOY!!! I am so addicted to my Pachislo, I am thinking about buying a couple pallets of them and selling them at a local indoor farmers/flee market near my house. Every body who has visited for Christmas is jealous and they want them now.

I bought a Tatsujin from Robert "Pachislo USA" on ebay and he sent me a link in an email after the auction. I'm glad he did because I've not only learned a lot from the posts here but I also enjoy being able to talk with the nice group of folks that are fellow members here. This is the first and only "chat" board I ever participated in and enjoy it a lot.

wife said she want a slot so i jumped on ebay. bought the first thing i found local. a pair of bally e2000 series in need of work. then found pachislos. ballys are still in corner cat loves them!! he gets up real high and can leap down on the dog. didn't do enough research and followed the pp ad to their retail outlet here in pompano. took a thorough shafting at the hands of eric's mom. but learned my lesson. during the subsequent recovery time(donut pillow and all) i did some proper research. found 7 mile and stealth. both recommended i stop in here first. haven't spent any money with them yet but when the time comes to bust out the big bucks they are the only place i'll be traveling to. this site is great lotsa info,good humor... kinda like being in a big room full of tribbles!

The reason is not just 299 cents but also the way he was ripping people off.
I pick up an Epsilon at Costco my first before Christmas. Had some trouble with it. Searched for slot machine repair on the net. I did not even know what a Parchislo was. Came across Parchislo USA and emailed them a question. I think Robert answered the question and referred me to PachiTalk.com. I can thank Robert for that. This is a great site. :grin: Oh buy the was I returned the Epsilon back to Costco and they had a Babel. That was the best thing I ever did. :grin: But it cost me $6.50 more because it was in a county that had a higher tax rate. :-( :wink: Now if I could only convince my wife that I need a second one. Maybe early this summer.

I'm a MAME crackhead...ever since I discovered MAME in 2000, I went on a search to find the ultimate home arcade solution. About a year and half ago I landed on Kevin Steele's "Retroblast" website. The guy's website continues to impress me every day. He just LOVES playing games...much like myself.
Anyways, one of Kevin's reviews led me to my ultimate purchase in December 2003!...a SlikStik arcade cabinet...the best money can buy! To this day, I can't stop talking about how amazing and wonderful that piece of hardware is!

On one visit to his site in October of 2004, Kevin posted a picture of something called a, "Pachislo Machine". I'd never heard of such a thing. I have only been to a real casino three times in my life (never to Las Vegas) but I quickly realized how fun slots were (despite purposefully avoiding them because of their addictive nature). :wink: The idea of owning a "slot" machine simply fascinated me...and it was the videos that Stealth (Milt) had that began to sell me the idea hard.

Kevin was a little slow in coming up with a "write-up" on the Pachislo subject since he is mostly interested in arcade and pinball machines...so I ended up on PC. I paid the 2.99 only because I couldn't find anything else out there on the subject. After about a month of watching you all jump off and swim for Pachitalk...I decided that I would be better suited to jump too.
