    Welcome to Pachitalk !
For future reference, try to resize your pics to a lower resolution.

Yes, that looks like the old style automotive fuses.
Just get the amperage right, it should say on there what it is.
If you cannot find one, use a rolled up piece of aluminum foil as a last resort.

When I bought my Jet Set Radio machine the guy gave me this broken one for free. When I was trying to find what was wrong with it I saw that A fuse was missing and the slots were right next to each other so, I found out that that was the only thing wrong with it.

Most auto stores should have the fuse, just bring that one with you.
You can get a fuse with a higher voltage rating but try to get the exact amps that is on the old one.
I do not recommend using tin foil, as something blew the last one & if there is a short, you could damage the power supply or mother board as Arby said.
    good luck.

    Oh, ok
I did not see the 2nd post where he stated it was missing.
He can still get the fuses at most auto parts stores.

To be honest with you, I am not sure I would try it in a machine myself.
But, he did get it for free and I remember it always used to work in the first car I owned as a teenager(1963 Impala).
Boy, I wish I had that car now to restore

Take a good look at the socket that it was missing from with a flash light it should be marked with an amp rating most machines have different ratings on there fuse sockets(one might be 3 amp the other 5 amp there not usually the same rating) the one you borrowed and put in might be larger than the one that originally went in the empty space . most blown fuses in a pachislo are due to hopper problems and reel stop boards that have shorted out or pinched wiring or you may have just been lucky enough to get one that the fuse was borrowed to test another machine and forgotten to be replaced . if you use a larger amp fuse your asking for a burn up the socket should be marked or find some one with the same power supply (not necessarily the same machine) and find out the proper size before continuing .most fuses of that type are rated for 250 volt but the amp rating is stamped on them as well .You dont want to earn the nick name Sparky around here we already have enough of those ...
    Jeff
