    Default Back from NYC

    My family and I
Eddie was kind enough to give me some info on a couple of places in NYC I wanted to check out. Heck he even offered to meet up with us when we were there but didn't want to bother him during the holiday.

I must say the highlights of the trip were the Thanksgiving Parade - what a wonderful show. Of course my 10 and 12 yr old daughters were extremely excited to get a glimpse of Corbin Blu, Ashley Tisdale and the Jonas Bros. The weather was excellent - in fact it was the 3rd warmest on record!

Times Square was a sight to behold. We also enjoyed Central Park, the Statue of Liberty and the Christmas displays of all of the big (expensive) shops.

We got quite adept at riding the "E" train up and down the length of Manhattan - Although we got on it (with all our luggage) heading the wrong way on the first day in town.

There were so many things to see (and I'm sure many things we missed) that we hope to go back again sometime. I will try and post some pics of the family once I weed them down a bit.

As long as you understand the language of $$$ you'll be in fine shape.
