Is there even such a thing as strategy for these games?

At first I thought everything was pretty random, then i tried to stop the reels on a particular icon like a 7. Well every now and then I can get them, and I certainly can get them close, but I am not winning anything any better than just randomly hitting the buttons.

Also, ive noticed that things happen throughout the game like little sounds, or a guy says something. Im wondering if that is a clue or hint that you are supposed to do something. On Golgo there is a little music thing that is sometimes really short, or medium and sometimes the full little piece of music plays (like 3 seconds) and Im wondering if I am supposed to hit the buttons in a different order when I hear those things. i dont know. Seems like everything I do is just so random and the term Skill Stop Is just Stop and no Skill.

on a lot of machines you can eye shoot the first 2 reels pretty easy, the third reel can slip a few positions either way.

but, you need to be eye shooting the right symbols
